I have spent 25 years in Corporate Finance, with the last 8 years in the Treasury/Banking space. My ultimate goal has been to retain my humanity in the corporate grind culture. This has meant using a generous interpretation and seeing people first even when that sacrificed efficiency.

I have always been interested in personal growth and development and listen to folks like Brene Brown, the Gottmans, Glennon Doyle, Dr. Becky Kennedy, and Shefali Tsabary for perspectives that continue to shape how I imperfectly show up in a broken world with boundaries and connection.
