Her passion for creating and maintaining high-performing teams, keen ability to make the complex seem simple, and refined business acumen has enabled her to drive results across all levels of the business. She excels at aligning divergent stakeholder groups to a common vision and driving teams forward to consistently exceed project expectations all while ensuring a premium customer and employee experience.
In her current role, Allison is responsible for helping to stand up Propeller's Denver office by driving new business development and client acquisition, account management, recruiting, and talent development and management activities in the market.
