The Essence of Being with Michanda Lindsey

The Essence of Being with Michanda Lindsey

In the middle of the holiday season, we can feel pulled in many directions, trying to meet a million external and internal expectations, while worrying about disappointing someone or forgetting something.   What a perfect opportunity to re-listen to a powerful conversation we had with Michanda Lindsey.  Life is full of lessons and it is not linear .  We explore the multi-facets of life, what it means to find our essence of being, and embrace the journey with Michanda.   She helps us accept that there is no one-size fits all and that when we learn to embrace the messiness and just enjoy it, we can just BE and make the most of our experiences.
